ACCEPTANCE TEST

Navigating the Application

1. The process for adding student and teacher’s record in the
system is evident.
2. Student’s evaluation on teacher’s performance can be saved
automatically.
3. The user can delete student and teacher’s record.

Accessing the Account/System (functionalities)

determined password into new one for security purposes.

4. For evaluating the teacher, student must select name of the
teacher and the subject taught.

evaluation.
6. The Guidance Counselor will enter username and password
to access the system.

This table shows that based on the acceptance test conducted to 15 respondents:

where ten (10) of them were students and five (5) were faculty, there are fifteen respondents

from questions1 to 10 answered yes. This result can be interpreted that the functionalities in

navigating the application is evident and no error occur during the use of the system. Therefore,

the system is suitable to utilize in gathering related data for the study.

This table shows that based on the acceptance test that we conduct from our 15

respondents, ten (10) students and five (5) faculty There are fifteen respondents are answered yes

in questions number 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and one respondent answered no in question number

3. Therefore, we concluded that the accessing the account/system is acceptable.
