my proposed professional fee for the architectural design services of Urban Pines
Duplexes project, with an estimated project cost of P10 million. As a dedicated architect
with a commitment to excellence, we look forward to partnering with you to bring your
vision to life.

Project Details:

• Project Name: Urban Pines Duplexes

• Project Cost: $10,000,000

Scope of Services: I recognize the significance of providing comprehensive

architectural services to ensure the success of your project. My proposed services
encompass various phases:

• Project Analysis and Conceptualization: I will conduct a detailed analysis of

the project's requirements, site context, and your objectives. This phase will lay
the groundwork for innovative design concepts that align with your vision.
• Schematic Design: I will develop preliminary design sketches and spatial
layouts based on the approved concepts. This stage aims to visually capture the
project's potential.
• Design Development: Building upon the chosen design concept, I will refine the
design, incorporating your feedback and integrating technical considerations.
Detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations will be created to enhance
design clarity.
• Construction Documentation: I will meticulously prepare comprehensive
construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and local regulations. These documents will guide contractors during
the construction phase.
 • Bidding and Negotiation: I will facilitate the selection of qualified contractors
through the bidding process, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations for
contractor selection.
• Construction Administration: Throughout the construction process, I will
oversee the implementation of the design, address on-site challenges, and foster
effective communication among all stakeholders.

Additional Services: Any additional services that fall outside the scope outlined above
would be considered separately and discussed in detail to determine the appropriate
compensation based on my hourly rate of 800/hr. I am committed to providing
transparent and reasonable fee arrangements that reflect the value and quality of my
services.

Proposed Fee Structure: My proposed professional fee is based on a fee percentage

of 6% of the total project cost:

Proposed Professional Fee: 6% of P10,000,000 = P600,000

Considering the scope of the project and industry norms, I propose the following fee
breakdown for the architectural design services:

• Project Analysis and Conceptualization: P20,000.00

• Schematic Design: P40,000.00
• Design Development: P40,000.00
• Construction Documentation: P200,000.00
• Bidding and Negotiation: P150,000.00
• Construction Administration: P150,00.00

Total Proposed Fee: P600,000.00

This fee structure is based on a combination of the project's construction cost and
industry-standard fee percentages. I am open to adjusting the fee structure to best align
with your requirements.
