TRAINERS (LIFT) YEAR 04

1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 121 s . 2023 Re Callfor Applicants

to SDO-NV Learning and Improvement Facilitators-Trainers (LIFT) Year 04,
this Office announces the expected participants (see Enclosure 1) to
attend L.I.F.T Year 04 Cum Upskilling through Facilitating, Listening,
Observing, Rendition (Project F.L.O.R) on May 31-June 2, 2023 at Nueva
Vizcaya Teachers' Camp (NVTC) , Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.

2. The said program aims that after the participants' attendance, they should
have:
a. understood and explained the system framework of the Learning and
Development (L & D) Program of the Department of Education;
b. abreast themselves of the program delivery system of the L & D Program
and practiced accomplishing the forms;
c. equipped themselves with the various facilitating skills compliant to
NEAP, needed in the conduct of the L & D program in their locale and
demonstrated such during the training;
d. understood the system of Program Designing and Resource
Development (PDRD) and crafted their localized training proposals;
e. executed a portion of their learning episode demonstrating the
facilitating skills learned.

 3. All recognized L.I.F.T from Years 1 to 3 are also expected to attend the
program on June 1 - 2, 2023. Please refer to Division Memoranda Nos.
134, s. 2023 and 200, s . 202.1.

4. Since the program encompasses NEAP standards, all participants are

expected to be on their business attire, preferably dress/blouse and slacks
with coat for ladies and polo /long sleeves and slacks with coat for
gentlemen, throughout the 3-day duration.

5. The program is stay-out and activities start from 8:00 in the morning until
5:00 in the afternoon. First meal to be served is AM snacks on Day 1 and
last meal will be PM snacks on Day 3. Should participants stay overnight,
they are advised to coordinate in advance to Human Resource Dev't.

6. Meals, training supplies and venue shall be charged to 2023 Division

HRTD Fund, while travel expenses and other miscellaneous of the
participants and the non-SDO proper employees who are members of the
PMT (see Enclosure 2) shall be charged to their respective MOOE/local
funds. All expenses are subject to usual accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
