Activity together with my colleagues and the parents participating for the Brigada
Eskwela 2022 – 2023. Attached here is my Activity Proposal for the said activity.
This activity will be held at our beloved school to contribute for the greenery of our
surroundings and as a one of the Brigada Eskwela Activities.

II. RATIONALE

In line with the Republic Act No. 10176 or the Arbor Day act was enacted
into law, mandating local government units to designate a day of the year to
observe Arbor Day and to allocate a budget for an annual tree planting activity.

Pursuant to the DepEd Memorandum No. 46 s. 2016 as a highlight of the

clean and green activities, the Muñoz National High School -Annex will conduct
a Tree Planting Activity as one of the activities in the Brigada Eskwela 2022.

Due to Global Warming, so much heat and other calamities are experiencing
today. Schools are not exempted to this cause and still needs remedies for it.
Tree planting is one of the best ways to prevent these matters that we are
experiencing right now. Trees can give shades, fresh air and green feel
environment for the students, teachers, and stakeholders of the school. This
can also help to prevent flood that may cause destruction to the school
facilities.

III. OBJECTIVES

This Tree Planting Activity aims to:

1. Provide shade and relaxing feelings for the students, teachers, and
stakeholders of the school.
2. Maintain environmentally friendly surroundings of the school.
3. Prevent flood from giving destruction to the school facilities in future
times.
4. Contribute to the environment and greenery of the school
surroundings.

A. TECHNICAL ASPECT

Other communications will be held through online or thru

phone calls. The images for documentation will be uploaded to
the FB page of the school.
MNHS Annex Tree Planting Program 2022 will observe the
strict compliance of the IATF health protocols, DOH protection
protocols, local quarantine rules and all other relevant protocols
provided in DepED and DepEd Task Force COVID-19 issuances.

B. IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE

In line with the Brigada Eskwela 2022 program, this

activity will be included. The School Partnership Focal Person,
Faculty and Staff of MNHS Annex will coordinate in doing the
activity. Each staff will have their tree to plant. Sponsors and
donors will give their services or in-kind donations to the
school. Volunteers while doing tree planting will also be
highlighted during the activity.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF TREE PLANTING
Date: AUGUST 8, 2022
In line with the Brigada Eskwela 2022 -2023 activities, the Muñoz National High
School annex also conducted a Tree Planting Activity. The activity held on August
10,2022 together with the faculty and staffs, parents and other stakeholders of the
school.

A short program was made before the start of the activity. The activity was
started at exactly 9:12 AM on the said date. The area from where the trees are
planted is in the vicinity of the Senior High School buildings. The purpose of this
activity is to contribute to the school greenery, environment as well as for
protecting the school premises and facilities from possible calamities in the future.
It also aims to give shades, relaxing feeling and contribute to the Global Warming.

The tree planting proper ends at exactly 10:15 AM followed by sending

gratitude to all who participate and giving of the snacks.
