A. Introduction What I need to know?
The learners will do the walk through of the lesson expectations
In this part, the learners will be asked to read the topic being
expounded by the teacher.
The teacher will then let the learners identify the picture given
to the activity regarding type and common forms of Food and
Beverage Service.
What’s New?
The teacher will then introduce the knowledge regarding Food
and Beverage Service Cycle and Objective.
The learners will then analyze the given activity by choosing the
correct cycle which set in an operation of FBS.
