IV. PROCEDURES
A. Introduction What I need to know?
 The learners will do the walk through of the lesson expectations
 In this part, the learners will be asked to read the topic being
expounded by the teacher.
 The teacher will then let the learners identify the picture given
to the activity regarding type and common forms of Food and
Beverage Service.
What’s New?
 The teacher will then introduce the knowledge regarding Food
and Beverage Service Cycle and Objective.
 The learners will then analyze the given activity by choosing the
correct cycle which set in an operation of FBS.

B. Development What I know?


 The teacher will let the students to express what they know
about the objective of FBS.
What’s in?
 The teacher will now show the learners the importance of
objective or goal of FBS operation.
What is it?
 The learners will be provided an activity that they will analyze
the given picture that signify the objectives, on where they were
belong then give an explanation.
 The teacher will then, ask the learners to read the following
words under the terminology.

C. Engagement What’s more?


 After reading the terminology, the teacher will ask to answer the
next activity that will enhance the learner’s knowledge regarding
terminology’s of FBS.
What can I do?
• The learners will then be asked to plan for a Meal where they will
apply the Objective of FBS.
What other enrichment activities can I engage in?
• the learners will now show by providing a picture of meal set up,
food costing and Family comments of the activity.
