Let’s explore NUMBERS with your child using TEN FRAME!

Ten Frame is a great tools


to develop children’s number sense.
It helps them to understand the
value of each number and prepares
them to visualise the numbers.

Here is a list of activities you can do with your child


using Ten Frame:

1 Play the Ten Frame video [Link here] and


encourage your child to read along.
*Login is required to view the video.

2 Provide your child a Ten Frame to place small


objects to show the number.
*Remind him/her the rules:
1. Always start from the box on the top left corner.
2. Only one object is allowed in each box.

Print the Ten Frame worksheet.


3 Let your child practice counting objects,
matching numbers with quantity and
recognising the numbers.
