Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as “SeQure”).
This proposal contains the intellectual property of SeQure and other third parties with whom SeQure has
business relationships. It has been supplied to customer on the condition that it may not be disclosed, in
whole or in part, to any party other than those of customer employees and professional advisors who need
to see it in order to evaluate the proposal. It may not be used for any other purpose.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the contents of this proposal are complete and realistic,
SeQure reserves the right to change or withdraw this document in the light of further information on
customer specific requirements.

Terms & Conditions
Guarantee: All standard equipment warranty is for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
Delivery Time: Is understood from the receipt PO & payment. The required bill of quantity:
hardware will be ready for delivery within 2 weeks upon the receipt of payment.
Price quoted – Ex-works Dubai
Payment: 100% upon HW delivery for one-time charges items & advance quarterly payment for
subscription fee.
Validity of offer: 7 days from the date of submission.
All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT & the same will be added on the invoice
Scope of Work
SeQure Technologies will supply all the required hardware and software for the project as per
quote terms on delivery.
Software Installation- Software installation and configuration of the system to be done by SeQure
Technologies engineers by remote session.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: A complete training with knowledge transfer on the installed
solution will be provided by SeQure to customer by remote session.
Manager dashboard will be provided for 1 user.
IT requirements
Required ports need to be opened to the local branch hub (to control the local devices such as
signage player, ticket dispenser, etc.)
Customer to provide network point and power point at the location of ticket dispenser, smart
digital signage media box and TV.
TV and AV Accessories should be available on the site to display the token contents.
Detailed IT pre-requisites will be shared upon confirmation.
Active internet connection to be provided.
