COURSE BSPHARMACY2A YEAR 2
INSTRUCTOR MS. IVY JOY SERRANO SCORE

If you were an artist, what kind of artist would you be? What art will you explore?
Support your answer. (10 points)

If I were an artist, I would be a cinematographer. Their canvas may be the screen

and their medium may be light, composition, and movement, they possess a
creative vision and utilize their skills to evoke emotions, tell stories, and create
visual poetry. I would likely explore a variety of artistic themes and styles, as
cinematography is a versatile and dynamic field that allows for a wide range of
creative expression. Here are a few areas of exploration that I might consider.
Each project would present an opportunity to adapt and innovate, ensuring that
my work remains fresh, exciting, and relevant to the story being told.

How can you utilize the arts to express yourself, your community and your relation to
others and with the environment? (10 points)

I engage with self-expression through painting, writing, and music while communicating
feelings and thoughts. It also strengthens the sense of community within my
neighborhood by reflecting common goals and values through teamwork. Art is a
thriving expression of cultural heritage, bridging cultural traditions in dance, music, and
visual arts. Social issues can be addressed through creative energy, igniting discussion
for societal change. As we advocate for its protection and strengthen our connection to
nature, the environment serves as a source of inspiration. Interactive art pieces
encourage participation and empathy, strengthening interpersonal bonds. A tapestry of
common local stories is woven by narratives as they delve into human relationships.
Live performances stir the heart and create lasting bonds. Public art becomes a
representation of group identity. Finally, art therapy fosters recovery and resiliency,
enabling my community to successfully process emotions.
In your own words, discuss the difference between imagination and creativity. When do
we say man is creative? (10 points)

Though they are closely related, creativity and imagination cover different facets of
human cognition. The capacity to create mental representations, concepts, and
scenarios that are not directly perceived by the senses is referred to as imagination. It
entails creating mental images of things that might or might not exist in reality.
Contrarily, creativity is the use of imagination in a fresh and useful way. It involves taking
creative concepts and transforming them into something real, practical, or novel.
Originality, novelty, and usefulness are all components of creativity, which goes beyond
simple imagination. It involves the capacity to synthesize concepts, connect seemingly
unrelated ideas, and come up with solutions to issues. In essence, creativity is born
from the raw materials of imagination. Creativity is the process of bringing those
possibilities to life in a meaningful and transformative way, whereas imagination is the
capacity to conceive of possibilities. A person is regarded as creative when they use the
force of their imagination to produce unique and significant results that advance society,
culture, and knowledge.
