REBOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
GUIDELINES :
    I. Passenger may cancel, refund & rebook their bookings before or after the schedule trips. Surcharge and penalties may apply Rebooking, Cancellation & Refund
         1. 72 hours from the scheduled departure : Php50.00 web admin fee shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.
         2. 24 hours to 48 hours from the scheduled departure; 20% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.
         3. Less than 24 hours and more than 1 hour from the scheduled departure: 40% of the ticket price shall be collected.
         4. Less than 1 hour from the scheduled departure; 50% of the ticket price shall be collected for any rebooking, cancellation & refund.
     II. In the unlikely event that there will be delays or cancellation of trips, passengers may opt to rebook or refund their tickets at no extra charges through the following:
         1. Passengers may rebook or refund their tickets directly from our Ticketing Outlets. Kindly present the following;
             * Scan E-ticket with QR Code
             * Proof of Payment
             * Government-issued ID
             * For Credit card/Debit Card, reversal is 7-15 working days.
         2. Passengers may send their refund request to customercare@islandwater.ph and attach the following documents.
             * Scan E-ticket with QR Code
             * Proof of Payment with Government-issued ID
             * For refund please indicate the account details where the refund will be credited

             * For Credit card/Debit Card, reversal is 7-15 working days.

GUIDELINES ON CHECK-IN PROCEDURES :

1. ONLINE BOOKING/ BOOKED THRU ACCREDITED TRAVEL AGENTS

Passengers are required to check-in at Island Water Check-in Counter,an hour before the scheduled departure. Failure to check-in within the required time would mean that their reserved seats will be

given to the chance passengerswaiting in the Port. Late passengers may opt to rebook, cancel and refund their tickets with the corresponding surcharge fees prescribed in the Rebooking, Cancellation &
Refund Policy

2. WALK-IN and CHANCE PASSENGER

Walk-in passengers who have bought their tickets at the Port Ticketing Office should check-in and proceed to the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) and wait for boarding. Chance passengersshall be

accommodated 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

3. All checked-in passengers must be ready and present themselves when boarding is announced. It is the responsibility of the passengers to get on board the ship .Should the passengers fail to do so, it

will be considered as a NO SHOW. Passengers may opt to rebook, cancel and refund their tickets with the corresponding surcharge fees prescribed in the Rebooking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
