Good Day.

Please allow this letter to address my concern and complaint at the back of my residential unit situated
at Blk 11 Lot 18 Phase 1 Greengate Homes Subd. that caused environmental pollution in our community.
My neighbor at the back make a shelter/storage for his pigeons (kalapati) for several months already. It
results to unsafe bad smell, flies, ants and small mouses. I have coordinated this matter to Kgd. Precy,
Kgd. Alan Santiago (Home Owners President) and to Vice-President of Home Owners Phase 1 Annex.
And they conduct an agreement with the person involved and a visitation to my house to witness. As per
agreement, they will remove the birds after 12 days last May 23, 2023. We have given so much favor,
due consideration and patience for non-compliance on this matter.

Pursuant to RA No. 8749- An Act providing for a Comprehensive Air Pollution Control Policy and for
other purposes, otherwise “Philippines Clean Air Act of 1999” and as stated in Article One Section 2,
Section 4 (a)& (g), Article Two Section 5 (b),

I confirm and request that it is relevant and lawful to vacate and clean my house back portion area as to
environmental sanitation is concern. Secondly, that area is used for cleaning drainage canal of the Home
Owners.

I understand that providing this sensitive information is a purpose of offering and creating an
environment of friendly, equality, safe and healthy among neighbors and community. I will, therefore,
not be subject to adverse consequences if I do not provide this said information.
