Escort guest to the guest room

Procedure:

Guest Relation Officer/Agent – Showing Room Facilities

 The following steps are the guideline of sentences. All GSA

must convey them to the guest while showing room facilities to
the guests.

Lobby to the Room

 Guest is greeted “Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening. Welcome

to Nora Beach Resort &Spa Mr. /Mrs. or Khun _________”.

 Guest is escorted to the room while GSA informed the resort

facilities with operating hours and the monthly event in the
resort to the guest.

Arriving on the Designated Floor

 Guest is explained and shown the Fire Exit Doors before enter
the room.

Enter the Room

 This is your room Mr./Ms./Mrs./Khun Guest’s last name and

room number. (Use guest’s first name for Thai people).

 Firmly put /insert room key in the doorknob and turn the key to
open the door.
 This is an energy saving socket, inserts this key tag to activate
the lights.

 Here is the entrance hall and bathroom light switches.

Resort’s Directory

 Should you require further resort information; please refer to

the resort service directory.

 The resort provides 24 hours room service and this is the

menu and drink list (Guest’s last name). Should you wish to
order your meals, kindly dial 4.

Stationery

 Your stationery folder contains writing papers, facsimile

forms, envelopes, postcards, message pads and guest’s
comment forms.

Television and Music Station

 Here is your TV program list, which informs you of our channel

variety.

Mini bar

 Mini bar is located here. If you require anything additional

please dial Room Service.

Bedside Panel

 May I explain the air conditioning controls On/Off low-

Medium-High button.

Bathroom

 We provide 2 bottle of mineral water complimentary, should

you require more water kindly dial Room Service.

 Here is the hair dryer and the electronic transformer for

shaver. Electricity in Thailand 220 Volts.

Safety Box

  Your room is equipped with a Safety Deposit Box in your closet
(Guest’s last name) If you wish to use them just simply follow
the instruction kept inside.

Fire Exit

 We have displayed the fire exit plan behind the main door,
kindly read them for your own safety.

Exit from the guestroom

 Have a pleasant stay with us Mr./Ms./Mrs. Guest’s last name.

For Thai, address guest by Khun and follow by their first name.
