1. Visualization exercise
Visualization strengthens and fine-tunes your third eye. There are countless ways to do this
exercise, but I LOVE using flowers (they’re pretty and smell good!)
To get started, place a flower in front of you and study it for a little while. Next, close your
eyes and imagine the flower in as much detail as you can. Let the color, shape, size, etc.
flood your mind. This clairvoyant exercise will strengthen your psychic sight.
2. Daydream
Head back to your childhood days and let your logical mind check out for a while. Then,
relax, close your eyes, and focus on your third eye chakra (between your
eyebrows). Next, ask your Spirit Guides to show you beautiful, peaceful images.
Don’t try to control what you see; instead, let your mind wander, and allow your Guides to
connect with you via clairvoyance.
Obviously, it’s easier to ask your Spirit Guides to show you beautiful images if you’re on a
talking basis. But if you’ve never connected with your Guides, don’t worry — it’s easier than
you think! In fact, this is one of the easiest (yet powerful) clairvoyant exercises you’ll
ever learn.
Start by checking in with your Spirit Guides throughout the day. For example, if you need
intuitive guidance or help making a decision, ask your Guides for help. (Don’t worry, they
can hear you.)
Then, notice any intuitive nudges you feel, or images that come to mind through your
clairvoyance.
4. Set an intention
Your Spirit Guides want to help you strengthen clairvoyance. That’s because they
communicate with you through your intuitive gifts…
clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. So, don’t be shy about
asking them for help.
Start by setting the intention that you want guidance from your Spirit Guides
and voila! Once you’ve set the intention, be on the lookout for signs, they’ll be
everywhere!
To get started seeing auras, have a friend stand in front of a plain colored wall. Then,
step back about eight feet. (You should be able to see your friend’s shoes and head without
looking up or down.)
Next, focus on your friend’s forehead (third eye area). Imagine you are looking through her,
at the wall behind. You will start to notice the aura layer around the head.
Mediation is one of the most important clairvoyant exercises you’ll practice. It’s great
because it connects you with your Higher Self (your “spiritual” self), grounds you, and
raises your vibration, allowing you to access all the psychic goodness in the universe!
Once you connect with your Higher Self and Spirit Guides, I can promise that you’ll have a
few things you want to jot down.
I’ve said before that journaling is the peanut butter to meditation’s chocolate, and I’m not
wavering on my stance. Plus, it helps you get more connected with your intuitive gifts,
including clairvoyance.
Here’s the thing… you can read about psychic development all day, but at some point you
have to get out there and give some readings.
Yes, it’s a little scary at first, but giving readings to family members, friends, and friends of
friends is one of the best ways to strengthen intuition. (Just be sure to get their
permission first.)
Fluorite activates your third eye and provides you with psychic protection (plus, it’s
gorgeous). To get all the benefits of fluorite, meditate with it nearby, wear it as jewelry, or
sleep with it near your pillow.
I’m a big believer in the power of essential oils for almost everything, including psychic
development. To strengthen clairvoyance with rosemary oil:
o Rub a tiny drop on your third eye chakra (between your eyebrows). Be careful not to
get any in your eyes!
o Now, set the intention that you want to develop clairvoyance.
o Then, meditate while enjoying the aroma of the oil.
Tip: If you prefer, meditate with rosemary essential oil in your diffuser for a powerful
clairvoyant meditation!
It’s true, the food you eat affects your vibration! Don’t worry, though, that doesn’t mean you
have to start pretending to like leafy greens.
But, adding high vibration foods to your diet, like fresh fruit and dark, organic chocolate
(yes, really!) raises your vibe and strengthens your aura. Plus, your body will feel better,
which will make it easier to develop your psychic abilities.
In your mind, hold the image of a friend. See her freckles, smile, and messy
bun. Then, in your mind, ask her to contact you!
Your third eye (where you see clairvoyant visions) is like a muscle — the more you use it,
the stronger it gets. “Waking up” your psychic eye is super easy.
Tip: It’s normal to feel a tingling sensation between your eyebrows during this exercise. It
means your clairvoyance is opening up!
This was critical for me when I first started developing my psychic abilities. In fact, during
one class, I learned about my Spirit Guides, which changed everything!
Learning from a trusted mentor gives you a safe place to develop your intuitive gifts,
or mediumship.
o Amethyst

Use Zener cards (like the ones they used in Ghostbusters) to practice sending telepathic
images to a friend, while developing clairvoyance and having fun.
Clairvoyant images and messages often come through in our dreams. For this reason,
keeping a dream journal and pen near your bed can be handy. After a while, you might
even start seeing patterns or symbols in your dreams! For more, read how to develop

Once you start developing clairvoyance, you’ll want to learn how to manage it. This
way you’re not overwhelmed by intuitive images.
o Prior to using any of the exercises in this post, imagine lighting a candle in your
mind.
o Now, invite your Spirit Guides in, and imagine your gifts turning ON. Lighting the
candle in your mind’s eye symbolizes that you are open to receiving intuitive
information.
o Once you are done practicing, imagine blowing out the candle in your mind. Then,
thank your spiritual helpers for their divine support. This will help you control your
gifts.
Take the pressure off yourself, and forget everything you’ve ever seen about psychic
abilities in the movies.
Instead, allow yourself to experience clairvoyance in whatever way it comes to you. It might
be a vision that plays out like a movie in your mind, a still image, or something unique to
you!
Your third eye is connected to the pineal gland, and is where you will see clairvoyant
images and visions.
So, as your psychic abilities increase, relax and trust the intuitive images that come to your
mind.
Do meditations that activate your psychic seeing, place crystals on your third eye, and
even give it some taps. By using the tips on this page, your clairvoyance will get stronger!
