    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    By means of this present document I am writing to this company to let you know our
    form of payment and procedure regarding the iron ore located in our patios in Lázaro
    Cárdenas, Michoacán.

    We require a letter of intent from the purchasing company detailing their needs, a cover
    letter and contract signing in case their business needs are met.

    Form of Payment: 20 % as anticipated to the signing of the contract, 70 % at the time of


    boarding the ship and 10 10% when certifying material through customs.

    All our mineral is previously analyzed and checked by your company, you will be able
    to have access at all times to the maneuvering yard and cargo port for the safety of the
    buyer.
