I am Nempha D. Relay from Caliking, Atok, Benguet.

I was born on October 18, 2002 at

Caliking, Atok, Benguet. My parents are Dominga Relay and Sabelo Relay from Atok and
Kabayan. I finished my elementary years at Baayan Elementary School-Annex, located at Bawi,
Baayan, Tublay, Benguet. And, I graduated my senior high school at Camp 30 National High
School at Camp 30, located at Caliking, Atok, Benguet. Now, I am currently studying at
Cordillera Career Development College taking Bachelor of Science in Midwifery, a first year
student.

In our class NSTP_CWTS block 81 we came up with a project of creating environmental

signages to be posted at different barangays of Atok. We are grouped into three the signage
committee,proposal committee and fund raising committee. Where I was assigned to signage
committee, we were task to lead in making the signages. In order to find time to make after
class, lunch time and Saturdays are used in painting, lettering of signages, and cutting metals
for the signage working together with my other group members, and other members of the
class.

In making the project we cannot avoid the challenges we faced like, poor leadership and
cooperation of members. .Leaders complains lack of cooperation yet refuse to assign their
group members to specific tasks. Lack of cooperation since certain officials failed to complete
their own duties and the project is not fully directed to members, including the findings and
financial reports. In addition to rejecting suggestions made during meetings, they did not seek
any alternatives while buying goods.

For next time around, leaders must be lead the group, assign the tasks to do. Most
important minutes of meeting should be done. Opinions and suggestions should be open and
not declined for further improvement and check feasibility of project.

Over all, though the challenges we face we did a successful project. Team work is a
must to attain a single goal.
