values in working, which is described in the following components:
 Application of learning concept
 I should embrace Meaningful Connections as a teacher
since every interaction I have is an opportunity to brighten
someone else's day. Just as I would share a grin with my
friend, put your attention on creating sincere relationships
that have a beneficial impact. Create moments that
genuinely matter by being nice, paying attention to my
heart, and being there.
 Working Framework
 I actually have my own mnemonics about my philosophy
for working framework, "A.C.T." that stands for:
Aim, Collaborate, Thrive let us start with the first letter.
o Aim for Excellence
o Collaborate with Purpose
o Thrive through Adaptation
 Goal/s as a worker

bound) goals. These objectives will enhance both your

 Approach each day with optimism and a positive outlook.

Your attitude can have a significant impact on your
students' motivation and overall classroom atmosphere.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow alongside
your students. Stay updated on new teaching
methodologies and educational trends.
 Aside from influencing how you interact with learners,
your state of mind as a professor exerts an impact on the
way they grow in general. You could create an
atmosphere that nurtures both intellectual and personal
development by expressing these attitudes.
 Interaction with co-workers
 Bear in mind that every workplace is different, so
customize these suggestions to fit your particular setting.
Building strong relationships with your coworkers not
only improves your experience at work but also makes
your company more effective and collaborative.
First, listen actively when your co-workers are speaking,
and express your thoughts and ideas clearly and
respectfully and treat your co-workers with respect and
professionalism, regardless of their positions or
backgrounds. Second, show consideration for their
opinions and work contributions. Foster a collaborative
attitude by sharing information, ideas, and resources.
Work together to solve problems and achieve common
goals also put yourself in your co-workers' shoes and
consider their perspectives. Empathy can help you build
stronger relationships and navigate conflicts more
effectively. Third, maintain a positive and friendly
demeanor. A positive attitude can help create a pleasant
and motivating work atmosphere you must be willing to
assist your co-workers when they need support. Offering
help and sharing your expertise promotes teamwork and a
sense of unity. And lastly always remember to address
conflicts in a calm and constructive manner. Focus on
finding solutions rather than dwelling on the issues
themselves.
