This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed in by

referred to as the VENDOR.

AICHYL Z. CALABIA, Filipino, married of legal age, and with

residence and postal address at Brgy. Canda Ibaba, Lopez, Quezon
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of a

certain partial of residential lot located at Brgy. Canda Ibaba,
Municipality of Lopez, Province of Quezon with an area of Two
Hundred Five Square Meters (205-sq.m.) a residential lot &
building and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.: T-
169443 particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3240-C of the subd. Plan Psd-

4A-002923, being a portion of land 3240, Psc-l, Lopez
Cadastre, L.R.C. Record No.), situated in the Brgy. Of
Canda Ibaba, Municipality of Lopez, Province of
Quezon. Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (4,851) Square Meters.”

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Pesos: One

HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND (PHP 190,000), payment of which has been
acknowledged and received by the VENDOR. The VENDOR hereby sells,
cedes, transfers and conveys unto the VENDEE their heirs, assigns
and successors in interest, the above-described parcel of land.
