Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings!

The Bacolod Young Ballers Club (BYBC) is a budding basketball club in

Bacolod City. The purpose of which is to promote grassroots basketball in the
city. As part of its program, we would hold a Basketball Tournament on
October 1-23, 2022 as part of the city’s celebration of Masskara Festival’s
“Balik Yuhum”.

The event will feature 10-under category players born on year 2012 and 14-
under category for those born on year 2008.

The playing days will be only on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesday from 8:00
AM to 4:00PM on weekends and 5:30PM-8:30PM on weekdays. Venue will be at
SJI Activity Center, Capitol Shopping Center, Bacolod City.

momentous event.
