Interview Question

1. Perkenalkan dirimu terlebih dahulu

Hai, my name is Dinda Hapsari you can call me Dinda. I live in Malang, East Java and
now I’m 19 years old. Right now I study at Polytechnic Health Ministry of Malang.
2. Tell me about yourself
Okay, I’am a teenager girl who like singing and dancing so much. I have a dream and
plan for work in idol industry expecially in SM Entertainment. That's why I
immediately decided to apply for a job here right after I heard the news that the
company had opened a new job vacancy. I also feel that I have an attractive
appearance and good public speaking skills.
3. Sejak kapan kamu mengenal K-pop?
I know K-Pop since I was in elementary school and the first kpop group that I know is
SNSD & SuJu which is work in this company. But I have interest in Kpop since 2014
when I saw EXO who work in this company too. And now I really love NCT that work
in this company too.
4. Apa saja hal yang menarik dari K-pop?
The first thing is the talent, it's very interesting how the idols can sing stably even
when they dance such a powerful dance at the same time. it's a tiring thing to do at
the same time and even they can show it all still with really nice facial expressions.
And the next thing that makes me interested is their visuals, how they look so
beautiful and handsome when doing tiring and draining things.
5. Are you enthusiastic and interested in the job and the company?
Of course I really enthusiast and interested with this job and company. I feel that my
taste in music and this company match because most of the kpop groups that I like
are from this company.
6. Do you have the skilss, expertise and experience to perform the job?
I feel confident in my singing and dancing skills. And actually right now I've written
some song lyrics but I've never published them in social media, because I'm still in
the learning stage of producing songs.
7. What experience do you have in this field?
I was a trainee at a dance studio and I’ve been a live singer in a café. Sometimes I
join my friend in a street dance and I usually do a music cover in my social media.
8. Tell me about your ability to work under pressure?
I heard that became a kpop idol is very tiring and required to be perfect. In this case I
know that I will never be perfect but I will always try to be the best and will continue
to work hard as I usually do and will continue to show my best side. Like when I was
in training at dance studio I was required to be able to memorize various movements
in a short time I could go through it well and when I upload my cover in my social
media I consider negative comments as material for introspection of myself in the
future.
9. Why should we hire you?
Because I have prepared myself well and have talent according to the field being
offered. I've been dreaming of being an idol for a long time and I'm passionate and
able to work hard for what I'm doing
10. Will you fit into the team, culture, and company?
I hope so because I feel that I can adapt well to my public speaking skills and I can
brighten the atmosphere. I also like to learn new things and will adjust to my new
environment
11. Do you have any question for me?
Maybe I want to ask about the most fun thing about being an idol in this company,
