Decades ago, major changes in global climate caused the accumulation of heat-

trapping pollutants in the atmosphere. Undertaking the problem of man-made and climate

change, whose impacts will stretch over centuries. The greenhouse effect is a global problem

associated with issues of cost allocation and effectiveness and must be dealt with through the

negotiation of consensual treaties. Sample policies that different countries must implement are

the use of renewable energies, and earning a little more about how electricity and the electric grid

work might help refine the Green New Deal (Chomsky & Pollin, 2020). I am not sure people

understand what variable renewables mean for grid operations and costs. The frequently-cited

costs of wind and solar do not include battery storage costs -- expensive and materials-

constrained for the current lithium-ion favorite. Similarly, (Timilsina, 2022), the use of carbon

taxes as a control channel has been comprehensively studied. A uniform tax level applied to all

states will achieve welfare-efficient deduction if the tax is set to the marginal cost of CO2

emissions. A carbon tax targets to make persons and businesses pay the total cost of carbon

pollution. Ideally, the tax will lessen pollution and inspire more environmentally outgoing

substitutes.
