Consequent on the promotion orders issued vide reference cited, the THREE
Deputy Executive Engineers/Elecl and FIVE existing Executive Engineer/Elecl are
transferred and posted to the places as indicated against their names in the annexure
appended to this order.

2) The concerned controlling Officers are requested to relieve the above officers by
making local arrangements pending posting of substitutes to enable them to assume
charge on promotion as Executive Engineer/Elecl at the place of posting ordered.

3) The Officers mentioned in the annexure appended to this order are directed to
assume charge at the place of posting ordered now after obtaining proper relief at the
present place of working.

4) The officers are informed that any request for change of posting will not be
entertained and they shall assume charge accordingly after obtaining proper relief
within fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which they have to forego
all the rights both at present and in future for such higher post. If they fail to join duty
within the time limit or evade to join duty, such period till they re-join, will be treated
as un-authorised absence besides treating such period of un-authorised absence as
‘DIES-NON’. They shall also be liable for disciplinary action.
5) The date of joining of the candidate on promotion as Executive Engineer/Elecl
will be reckoned as date of commencement of probation.
