ORDER:

As per the orders issued vide reference 4 th cited, the rates

prescribed in CGHS 2014 package issued by Government of India were
adopted for the purpose of reimbursement of medical expenditure
incurred by the employees / pensioners and their dependents and
family pensioners as in-patient when the treatment is taken in private
hospitals empanelled by APTRANSCO.

2. The CGHS has released updated tarif CGHS 2022, link available
in website. Further, the CGHS has issued circulars vide references
6th, 7th & 12th cited, duly revising the tarifs / ceiling rates for
Consultation fee, ICU Charges, Room rent, Cost of Cardiac pacemaker,

AICD, Combo-device, Rotablator, Aortic Stent Graft, Knee, Hip

implants etc.

3. After careful examination, the APTRANSCO hereby ordered that

the revised tarif of CGHS-2022, the updated tarif of NIMS/SVIMS
shall be made applicable from time to time to the corresponding
treatment period for reimbursement of medical bills and issue of credit
cards to the Employees / Pensioners / Family Pensioners & their
dependents.

4. In the reference 9th read above, the CGHS revised the time limit
for submission of fnal claims for reimbursement of medical expenses
from 3 (three) months to 6 (six) months. The same is also made
applicable to APTRANSCO Employees / Pensioners / Family
Pensioners & their dependents.

5. The other terms and conditions ordered vide reference 1 st cited

are remains unaltered.

6. These orders shall be applicable for the admissions on or after

the date of issue of these orders.

7. These orders are issued with the concurrence of Director

(Finance)/APTRANSCO vide e-fle No.HR0AAC(MRRC)/47/2023,
dt.31.07.2023.
