runs, also understand the company’s suppliers, compare the rate of raw materials with other

To develop effective sales and marketing strategies for the startup firm, which could help in
achieving its business goals and improve its market reach.
To understand how franchise businesses operate, including their business models, operational
processes, and marketing strategies, to determine if franchising is a viable option for the firm's
future growth.
Observing how the franchises run their business in a day. Developing strategies to improve sales &
marketing.
In-depth learning of the supply chain management of the company and calculating the cost of items
in the menu
Finding ways to reduce the cost of items by teaching staffs to reduce wastage
