Your Interview Guide

This guide includes everything you need to prepare for and conduct an effective interview. As well as
generic instructions, the relevant interview questions you selected are included. There is space for
taking notes so you can keep everything in one place. This interview structure has been designed to
give you an overview of how well the candidate demonstrates the competencies that are key for Leidos
but also allows you to get to know the candidate as an individual and assess their fit for the role you are
recruiting for.
