Facilitator • Reviews materials issued by BHROD; 


• Submits copy of personal profile to PMT for records
purposes; 
• Coordinates with the PMT for their logistical
requirements; and 
• Delivers session on time 

Online Registration and Certificates • Harvests data from online registration and saves the
profile of participants; 
• Coordinates with the Program Manager in the
preparation of e-certificate; and 
• Provides copies of e-certificates to all participants
and PMT. 

Documenter • Documents the activity; 


• Prepares and submits Activity Completion Report to
PMT; and 
• Coordinates with the QATAME on the results of
evaluation 

QATAME Prepares and administers M&E tool; 


• Receives and consolidates M&E/ evaluation results; 
• Provides individual evaluation results to facilitators; 
• Provides summary of results to the PMT and to the
SGOD-M&E; and 
• Assists the proponent in monitoring and measuring
training effectiveness.

ICT Support/ Chat Box Moderator Gathers all presentation materials ahead of time; 
• Ensures that all presentation materials are working
and compatible to the equipment to be used; and 
• Provides technical support to the PMT.
Collects and consolidates comments/questions raised
by participants during the on-line training; 
• Classifies questions accordingly; and 
• Forwards questions to Program Management Team
and or Moderator prior to Q&A 

Moderator/Program Takes charge of the Opening Program; 


• Ensures that training norms/guidelines are
discussed; 
• Acts as moderator during the online orientation; and 
• Ensures smooth flow of the program through proper
coordination with the technical support and PMT
