HRD: WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT OUR COMPANY?

ANSWERS: PT maju Mundur is one of the biggest manufacture company that runs well for Food and
Baverage sector in Indonesia, since 15 years ago in central java for the first time. As far as ai know, PT
Maju Mundur have a lot of product such as A, B, and C, nad I hear that the last one, maybe the last
quarter since 2021 they lead the market as well.

HRD: WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH

ANSWERS: My strengths are that I am capable of learning new things quicky, able to work under
pressure, adaptable to changing enviroments, and proficient in both individiual and team work.

HRD: WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESS

ANSWERS: sometimes I feel that I am not capable of listening to others people opinions, but im learning
that this is not a good trait, so I continue to improve on this aspect,. Sometimes, I tend to lose focus if I
have been working for too long, but I can overcome it by taking short exercise or stretching my body. Im
also someone who is not very organized in my work, but I have learn how to prioritize tasks that need to
be completed immediately.

HRD: WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR OUR COMPANY ?

ANSWERS: I feel my skills are particulary well suited to this poition because im detailed, personal and
communicative. I like to write a to do list every morning and like to communicate with new people.
HRD: WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF 5 YEARS FORM NOW?

ANSWERS: I hope that for the next five years with me in this company, the company will be more
advanced and developed so that I will be given the trust or authority and even higher responsibility to
manage this company.
