1.0 Purpose

To have a standardized form for suggesting preventative maintenance requirements for test equipment.

2.0 Scope

This form is to be used by Jabil Test Development Site if the associated process is called for in the test development proposal statement
of work, unless the use of another form is requested.

Cables and connectors inspection - Inspect and verify integrity of all cables and connectors. If damage or excessive
1 wear is observed, replace immediately.

2 Calibration - Verify all test equipment is in calibration per the Calibration certificate
3 Check Safety curtain is working properly.

1 Clean dust and debris inside cavity


2 Computer Cleaning - Clean the keyboard and monitor with glass cleaner and a dampened towel.
3 Check all connections are properly connected.

Wiring - Inspect and verify all electrical and signal wiring. If damage or excessive wear is observed, repair
