I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the recent actions and

regulations imposed by the company, Woolly Brothers (Wholesale Meats) LTD., which
were not stipulated in the contract I signed last February 2023. I believe it is essential to address
this matter promptly and seek a resolution that is fair and consistent with the terms of our
agreement.

Firstly, my salary that was stipulated in my contract was supposedly £12/hour, but last
February 2023, I was told to have £1o/hour only, for I was still in the observation process.
Secondly, for the past two months, we have been working less than eight hours for no clearly-
stated reasons or statement from the company. We were just asked to go home earlier than the
expected time. Surprisingly, I discovered that there was a deduction from our annual leave
credits from twenty-two (22) to eleven (11) starting last April 21, 2023. Lastly, last July 3, 2023,
the company had released an Addendum of Contract, modifying some of the terms from the
previous contract that I have signed. Some changes of the terms include the number of years
from one (1) year of service to a minimum of (3) years, before I can apply to other companies.
Otherwise, I am obliged to pay £8750.

As an employee, I have always been committed to carrying out my duties and

responsibilities to the best of my abilities. Over the course of my employment, I have
consistently upheld my obligations outlined in the contract. The abovementioned reasons of this
letter of complaint were not communicated to be beforehand, nor was it included as a provision
in the employment contract I signed upon joining the company. As an employee, it is my right to
be informed about any changes or deductions made to my compensation, especially when they
deviate from the agree-upon terms.

I kindly request that the company will provide a detailed explanation for this deduction
and clarify the legal basis on which it was made. Furthermore, I request a review of the
employment contract, to verify that no provision exists that justify these actions of the company
towards their employees. I would appreciate a prompt response within regarding this matter.
