appointment and at gate

Security Instructions:-

1. All visitors are liable to be checked & frisked. Visitors are requested not to carry Electronic devices such
as cameras, PDAs, laptops, portable music players,any inflammable item such as lighters/matchbox/fuel
etc, Any sharp object like scissors, penknives or nail files, Weapon or weapon like objects and explosive
material of any kind, Alcohol & alcohol containers and Briefcase & suitcases etc.
2. Photography/ Videography inside the Embassy premises is not allowed.

Please Note:

1. Visitors are requested to make their own arrangements for storage of prohibited items before entering the
Embassy premises. There is no storage facility at the Embassy.
2. Mode of payment will be in Cash only. The Embassy does not accept any other payment options.
3. In case the application is rejected due to lack of requisite documents or is incomplete, you will have to re-
book a fresh appointment.You have the option of using our Helpdesk/ Counter to check if you have all
the documents necessary.
4. Our staff has the right to work without fear of abuse and intimidation. Threatening or abusive
words/behavior will not be tolerated and can result in action being taken against you, including denial of
all services from the mission. On the other hand, if you face abusive or insulting behaviour from any
staff in the Embassy, please feel free to report.
5. Please use this facility responsibly. Any misuse may result in suitable action being taken against the
individual.
6. Please note that entry into the Embassy will not be allowed more than 30 minutes before your
scheduled appointment.

Additional points to be added keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation:

1. Visitors would be required to sanitize their hands before entering to the Consular Hall.
2. Visitors would be required to carry their own face mask and wear it at all times inside the Consular Hall.
3. Visitors would be required to observe 1.0 Mts. physical distance norms.
