The proponent wants to offer a crispy and delicious cropek in a low price so that everyone can afford
this product.
The process on making the product is by pulverising the rice and monngo mix the seasonings to add more
flavour and aroma then after mixing all the ingredients using a steamer you cook the mixed rice and monggo.
After cooking the mixed rice and monggo let the cooked rice and monggo in sun dry make sure that it will be
very dry, cook the dried mixed rice and monggo in a deep fry pack the finish product using a plastic roper and
be sold twenty (20) pesos per pack. The proponents aim to give a satisfaction to our buyers or consumer of all
ages (but specifically teen-ager) during this school years the student need to buy foods for their everyday
snacks. The official start of our business will be on November 15r and will end on 15 of December . As for the
accumulation of capital the student will be contributing in order to gain money for the business to purchase
things needed in our product development. As for the location of the business, the proponents decided to
position the business in front of their houses since it is near to the barangay road and notice that target
customers were abundant in such location, one merit for this decision is that they will no longer burn their turn
in constructing a stall of business stand instead use their time in selling and planning.
At the end of the target date, the proponents expect that the project will able to earn the capital used and
with a bonus of net profit.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The business aims to introduce a new type of cropek and affordable snacks for this school year. The
product is name as Rice monggo cropek as wherein the materials used were rice and monggo. In producing
the product, all we need to do is to mix the ingredients with a specific amount of measurement. The location
of the business is from five (5) points wherein the proponents believe that this will give them great chance
for their product to be easily recognized. The product will be sold by packing in a plastic roper per pack
amounting 20.00 pesos
The Chief Manager of this business is Marcos Udaundo, supported by the Financial Manager and
Operational Manager Elmo Edison Orus and the other teams will be responsible in selling. The Proponent
will be contributing to accumulate the starting capital for the procurement of the production inputs.
The business running time will only be three (4) weeks and after that the students will be determining
the cash flow statement of the business and its Return Of Investment.
The project, in its first cycle of operation, will generate an income in the amount of 2940.00, in a year it
will generate an income of 47,040.00. This represents a cycle ROI of 45.58 %. With this income capacity of
the project, the capital amount of Php. 4000 can be repaid after ten (2) cycles of the business or in in a one
(1) and a half months.

MARKET ANALYSIS
School year where you can find the student where they manage their allowance from the expenses in
school and their snacks that’s why they find a low price of foods in order to fulfil their hunger. This
product is very applicable to the student and workers to fulfil their hunger because its very healthy,
and affordable
Before conducting the study, the proponents interviewed some parents about what they can say to the
prices of the rice monggo crispy cropek being sold in the locality and some of them give good comments
but most of them were dissatisfied because of the high price and the quantity of the product were no longer
acceptable. But as we observe the vendors of cropek there are still lots of customer who are willing to buy
the product.
Since there is a loophole apparent in the market, the student decided to create a product that will be
packed with nutrition and making the product affordable.

TARGET BUYERS
The business target costumer are all people who wants to buy the product and to those who wants to
experience the feelings eating our product. We are not limiting the costumer as long as they can afford the
price of our product.
A. MANAGEMENT
The proponents will be conducting a taste test in the surrounding neighbour in order to determine if our
product is acceptable and also hear their opinion or critiques regarding it. After the plan was already
proposed and approved by our instructor, the students have started accumulating capital needed for the
business to get started. In total the capital of the respondents were 3500.00 and now can buy the ingredients
for their product.
The chief manager and the operating manager have decided that our business should be stationed at least
five locations. The benefit of this is for the product to be hastily popularized or be known by the customers.
The business will be stationed at the residence of Mr. Mark Dave Galleon, Miss Salinda, Miss.
Mangrubang, Miss Bataan, and Miss Simon . Every station should release all the items to beat the target sale
in very station.
Every Saturday , the Financial manager will be accounting what comes to the cash flow which will be
determining the cost of goods sold and gross sale, also with the net profit per week. And after the time
duration the financial manager will also determining the net profit of the business per cycle.

The structure shows the division of responsibility per proponent, the chief manager will cater and see
overall activities, progress and needs of the business. He will supervise the Operational and Financial Manager.
As for the operational and financial manager, he will be the one responsible to think of tactics and pin point
location where the business shall be stationed and also be responsible on the accounting of expenses and
income. The assigned chef are responsible in cooking and preparing the products to sell under the sales clerk are
responsible in selling the products at the designated location planned by the operational manager and approved
by the chief manager so with the promotion of the product. Every station will be monitor if what station have
the highest sales. The sales clerk will apply their own strategy in selling to convince the costumer to buy the
product.

Documentation
The proponents preparing the necessary ingredients for the official start of the business. At exactly 7:00
in the morning the proponents now have gathered at the residence of Mr. Bawas located at San Miguel Shalom,
Luna Apayao for the preparation and the start of selling the products. The selling duration end at exactly 3:00
pm by which the procured inputs were no longer available on hand. And by the count after the day, the business
manage to acquire 133 buyers which leads in the accumulation of 1995.00 sales.
The business were fixated in this location for a week, first week, by which next week the location will
be at the residence of Mr Bumanglag at San Aviva, Shalom, Luna, Apayao.

acquired customer and hear good comments coming out from them.

Mr Juan.On the second week of the business, the chief and operational manager to change location in order for
the product to be easier get popularized. The location of the business on its second week was at the front of the
residence of Mr Bumanglag, the proponents gathered at the said location at exactly 8:00 am somewhat later
because the proponents forgot to procure some of the inputs. While on the last week of the business, the
location were at Manuela, Shalom, Luna, Apayao at the residence of Mr Juan.
On the second week, the business managed to sell 200 glass and 293 glass on the last week by which on
the second week the business earn sale worth 3,000.00 and 4395.00 on its final week.

After the intended duration of the project, it is time for the proponents to do defend their product. But night before
that, the proponents first prepare the things needed for the upcoming defence such as the product to be offered, the
packaging of the product and also in procurement the necessary ingridients.
Defending our business plan to our 4 respective panels while our adviser is supervising. After the
duration of the business, it is now time to narrate what comes to our business in front of our adviser together
with his companions which will be critiquing and giving additional feedback to our project. This happen on
May 20 2022 at Apayao State College at the Agri laboratory room. It takes two(2) hours for the proponents to

defend their project, even though there arwe so many revision ask by the panel the researcher were grateful for
which they manage to learn many things related on how to properly organize a business plan.
Finalizing the business plan after the defence by our chief manager. Being able to be with the group when we
defend the project, the chief manage solely revised the business plan bearing in mind the suggestion and revision of the
panels while having the operational manager guiding her. This was done on May 26 2022 at the agri laboratory room.
