DEAR SIR;

Our client CYNTHIA LHUSTER LABADOR KATADA went to our office

regarding your case for immediate legal action.

Per her narration you are the father of CHARLES LUIS KATADA DAVID, her
son and this is evidenced by the Birth Certificate attached herewith wherein you
acknowledged CHARLES LUIS KATADA DAVID as your biological child.

Unfortunately, you have been neglecting your child’s support for CHARLES
LUIS KATADA DAVID and you have been remiss of your duties and responsibilities as
a good father to him;

Under the law, you are obliged to provide support especially to children who are
still at their tender age;

Ms CHARLES LUIS KATADA DAVID demand is so simple, that is to just give

them the support befitting for your child;

I implore upon you to settle this case out of Court, thus I am sending you this
letter in the hope of putting the issue to rest without necessarily delving into the nerve
wracking experience of going into trial.

She demands a monthly support for your child at least four thousand pesos
(Php4,000.00). Please heed this demand immediately within seven days upon receipt
hereof.

I am hoping that you will give this matter your utmost attention. You may write to
