Both of the parties agreed to cooperate with the condition as follows:

1. The rates are quoted in thousand RUPIAH.
2. The rates are included driver & gasoline fee, excluding parking fee, toll or any other retribution fees.
3. Empty Run would be applied for start point / finish point out of town use, especially for hourly basis or
daily charter, for pick up or drop off tour guide / organizer use, will be charged one hour rate.
4. Discount/commission:
• 10% (ten percent) for all types of usage
5. The above rates are inclusive of 10% VAT (Value Added Tax), except for minivan (Hiace Comutter)
and Bus withoutVAT applicable.
 6. Term of payment:
▪ PT. Golden Bird Bali will collect the payment to the Lessee’s office after service, for payment
processing bymonthly, at the latest 7 (seven) days after invoice being received
▪ Bank Account No.: 00702196167, Bank Permata, Blue Bird Office Branch, Jakarta Selatan, on
behalf of PT.GOLDEN BIRD BALI.
▪ Deposit of 50% should be paid at the latest 5 days before using the service for event utilization
or big number of vehicle requested.
7. Reservation:
▪ Tentative booking will be made minimum 2 x 24 hours on low season and a week (7 days) on
peak season viaPT. Golden Bird Bali office email at : spv.op.bl@bluebirdgroup.com cc email to :
mkt.gb.bali@bluebirdgroup.com & nyoman.mertadi@bluebirdgroup.com.
▪ In case of emergency, The Lessee may book and get the confirmation via telephone no. 0361-
701621 / 701791. However a written correspondence to PT. Golden Bird Bali should be done as a
back-up document.
▪ The type of usage charge will be settled based on reservation in advance.
8. Cancellation Fee:
Regular utilization request:
Cancellation fee will be charged when the vehicles already stand by at the time & place requested /
due to no-goshow guest:
▪ Transfer / one way use (start in town) would be charged 1 hour price.
▪ Transfer/one way use (start out of town) would be charge 100% of the rate.
▪ Hourly basis /Daily charter / Full day charter / Outside city use, would be charged 3 hours rate.
Event / big number utilization request:
▪ Cancellation fee would be charged 25% (twenty five percent) from vehicle number
requested, when thevehicle already stand by at the time & place requested / due to no-go
show guest.
▪ No additional charge in case the car has to wait due to the delay of arrival flight, maximum 1 (one) hour.
9. For wedding use the minimum charge is 8 hours.
10. High season surcharge would be applied of 1(one) hour rate for Airport transfer in or transfer out during
period of :
▪ December 20, 2022 – January 5th, 2023 for Christmas & New Year holiday.
▪ April 20 – 30, 2023 – Eid Fitri
11. The rates are subject to be revised if there is any monetary fluctuation or fuel increasing, which
may affect to therental cost.

12. Validity Contract Agreement: Valid from November 1 , 2022 – October 31st, 2023.
