C. Learning Competencies and Objectives Explains the dimensions of holistic health (physical, mental/intellectual, emotional, social, moral-spiritual and environmental health

At the end of the lesson, learners are expected to:


K: Explain the different dimensions of holistic health and the importance and benefits of health habits for healthy life
S: Show how the different dimensions interlinked with each other
A: Realize that each dimension and the individual’s interest in practicing healthy habits contribute to one’s sense of wellness or
