Course Description This course emphasizes the Constitutional Rights of persons arrested, placed under investigation, search and seizure. It takes on the conduct of
Interview and Interrogation of suspects, person of Interest and witnesses and simulates on the different crimes against person, economic crimes,
and other special laws on transnational and organized crimes. The evidence required and the report writing.
