IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
1. The court application for an interdict be and is hereby granted
2. Respondent be and is hereby prohibited from letting out to any person any
piece of land of the whole of Kinvara Estate A, Mount Hampden, Zvimba.
3. Any person or persons presently benefitting from Respondent’s illegal
activities be and are hereby ordered to vacate applicant’s land and farmland
within 48 hours of service of this order.
4. Respondent shall pay costs of suit on an Attorney Client scale
