With the neo-liberal economic ideology in the capital market, the education industry has also started to

implement privatization and autonomous management. The debate between charter schools and public

schools is now increasingly stimulating. Charter school proponents argue that charter schools can help the

socially disadvantaged and improve the academic performance of American students. Public school

supporters argue that traditional public schools can help students on a larger scale and promote a more

equitable and diverse classroom environment. My ultimate plan is not to choose either side of the debate,

but to plan a better education policy that compensates for the weaknesses of each side and takes the

strengths of each side and creates a more equal educational environment.
