With reference to 3rd cited, the Director, NITTTR, Chennai has stated that they
furnished Proceedings for conducting the PDP-I on “Open Book Examination” scheduled
from 05.09.2022 to 09.09.2022 through contact mode by NITTTR, ECH, Hyderabad.

In this connection, the faculty of Mathematics working under the control of the
Department of Technical Education, Telangana are hereby considered and drafted for
contact mode training programme PDP-I on “Open Book Examination” scheduled from
05.09.2022 to 09.09.2022 for 35 staff members (Batch- I) from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM by
NITTTR, ECH, Hyderabad (enclosed annexure).
Further, the concerned Principals of Government Polytechnics are hereby directed
to relieve the faculty in advance so as to enable them to report to the training
programme on 05.09.2022 by 09:30 AM at NITTTR, ECH, Hyderabad. 
The concerned Principals of Government Polytechnics shall intimate this office
about relieving of individuals to the training programme. The absence of the staff
members for the above period may be treated as ON DUTY.
