    Dear Parents,

    Please note that students are expected to strictly adhere to the code of discipline within and
    around the school premises, as specified in the school diary. It is important for everyone to be
    aware that the entire school premises and surrounding areas are under surveillance through
    security cameras. Any violation of the code of discipline or engagement in inappropriate activities
    will be dealt with seriously.

    We would like to inform you that an unlawful incident occurred near the school boundary. The
    concerned authorities have been informed and appropriate measures will be taken to address
    the situation.

    Therefore, we kindly request you to instruct your children to comply with the school's rules and
    regulations. It is crucial that students refrain from engaging in any undesirable activities that may
    result in severe disciplinary actions from the school.

    We sincerely ask for your wholehearted cooperation and support in this matter.
