hereby advises the Fourth District Court of Appeal that the Palm Beach Circuit Court

in the underlying Foreclosure Litigation, on August 8, 2017, entered its Order on

Defendant Schneider's Motion for Stay of Foreclosure Sale Pending Appeal. That

Order, a true and correct copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A," cancels the

August 10, 2017 Foreclosure Sale date and reschedules the Foreclosure Sale date for

10:00 a.m. on September 12, 2017.

First American Bank would suggest that the attached Order moots any issues
