Knowledge and Practices on Food Safety of Street Food Vendors in the Night

market of Bayugan City

Introduction
Over the course of our research we have encountered lots of difficulties and so
far have gotten over it. We applied the changes provided by our research teacher Sir
Gerry Brital and handed our research to the supposed panelists we received lots of
feedbacks and tips on our manuscript, the revisions to be applied to our research in the
future are not that plenty and they have opened our eyes and led us to realize the things
that were lacking in our research.

Methodology
For us to get the desired outcome of our research we will need to require to work
harder on it and do our very best in order to accomplish and achieve the desired
outcome of our research.
Our group would need to apply the tips and the corrections provided to us by the
supposed panelists. We would then have to revise and change parts on our paper and if
required we would have to change our title or our whole manuscript in order to achieve
the desired outcome.

Preliminary findings

Ma’am Casis:
According to ma’am Casis the study was really good and great but
required some revisions. She directed us towards our mistake that instead of using “we”
she told us to use “the researchers”. She taught us to start our introduction in a global
scale then narrow down to national then local so that the introduction would be better.
She then showed us that some of our research problems were not needed and showed
us which research problems were necessary and she even helped us strengthen them.
She then told us to work on our questionnaire so that it would associate more with our
research questions.
 Sir Butch:
Sir Butch called us to the STE faculty room and then told us that our study
was great and it only had minor issues. We then found out through sir Butch that our
parts of our research question did not associate with our questionnaire and told us that
we must work on it so that it would be made better. We also found out from sir that our
study would be much better if we were to lean more to the technical science part of our
study but according to him the overall study is good and great.

Sir Lahera:
The only comment of Sir Lahera was that there are already studies about
the food safety of Bayugan City Night Market.

Ma’am Montera:
According to Ma’am Montera our study is really good but still needs
polising, like sir Butch she told us that our study would be much better if we were to lean
on the technical part of science.

Future Direction:
The direction of this research is pointed towards the achievement of the desired
outcome. This research is headed towards the direction of completion in the nearby
future and with the results of this research we will be able to provide information about
the knowledge and practices of food safety within the nightmarket of Bayugan City
towards its consumers and its vendors.

Conclusion:
Our group has concluded that there are lots of things that are needed to be done
if we were to complete this research and make it successful. We have concluded that
the application of all the comments and tips provided by the panelists are some of the
things we need in order for us to be able for us to complete this research. We also
found out that working together at all times is crucial and would benefit us all in this
work and would bring us closer together and help us understand each other leading us
to aid each other in their tasks of doing this research.
