*In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance,

(as per Company rules) will be a part of Remuneration Package.

Candidate(s) are advised to download the application format available on the website
(https://www.bel-india.in). The application form should be filled in block letters and should be
complete in all respects. Self-attested copies of the following documents are required to be
submitted along with application form.

Candidate willing to apply should send their application in the prescribed format along with the
copies of the relevant documents in support of eligibility, in a sealed cover super scribing
“Application for the post of Sr.Asst.Engineer for RPSC Port Blair” on the envelop. The
applications should be sent to Sr. DGM (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited at NM Office NBCC Office
Block-II, 7th floor, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi-110023 via register post/ speed post/ courier
only. The last date for receipt of applications is 02.09.2023. Please note application by hand
will not be accepted.

सामा य शत / GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. के वल भारतीय नाग रक ही आवेदन कर सकते ह। Only Indian Nationals can apply.
2. अनापि माण-प : सरकारी / अध सरकारी और सावजिनक े के उप म म कायरत कमचा रय को सा ा कार के समय
“अनापि माण-प ” तुत करना होगा, इसके िबना आवेदक को सा ा कार क या म भाग लेने क अनुमित नह होगी।
 NOC: Candidate Employed in Govt./ Quasi-Govt. and Public Sector Undertaking will be
required to produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of interview, without which
they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

Appointment of the selected candidates will be subject to being found medically fit by
the Company’s Medical Authorities.
4. चयन न होने क ि थित म कसी भी उ मीदवार को कसी तर पर अलगसेप ाचार/ सूचना नह दी जाएगी।
There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their on-selection at any
stage.

In respect of Person with Benchmark Disability, the degree of disability that the
candidate should have, for consideration under the category, will be as prescribed by
Government of India norms.

पर भाग लेने से रोकने के अिधकार ह गे।
BEL reserves the right to debar the Candidate at any stage of the written test/ interview
proceedings, if candidature is not considered suitable for any reason.

8. चयन या म कसी भी तर पर वेश पूणतः अ थाई होगा। के वल वेश-प / सा ा कार हेतु बुलावा प भेजेजाने का मतलब यह
नह है क कसी क भी ितभािगता बी.ई.एल. ारा सुिनि त होगयी है।
The admission at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional. Mere
issue of admit card/ interview call letter to the candidate will not imply that his/ her
candidature has been cleared by BEL.
9. बी.ई.एल. बंधन के अिधकार े म है क वो अिधकारी को देश के कसी भी थानपर/ िवदेश म तैनात कर सकताहै।
The officer may be posted at any location in India/ abroad at the sole discretion of BEL
Management.
10. उ मीदवार के पास एक वैध ई-मेल आई.डी. होनी चािहए। उ मीदवार को सलाह दी जाती है क वह आवेदन म दान क गयी
अपनीई-मेल आई डी को कम से कम एक वष तक स य रख। ई-मेल आईडी म कसी भी तरह के बदलाव अनुमित नह है।
उ मीदवार के साथ सम त प ाचार ई-मेल के मा यम से ही होगा। भेजी गई सूचनाओ को ा करने और डाउनलोड करने के
िज़ मेदारी आवेदक क होगी। उ मीदवार ारा आवेदन प म जोई-मेल आईडी दान क है, अग रवह अवैध है और भेजा गया ई-
 मेल बाउ स होजाता है या ा नह होता है तो इसके िलए बी.ई.एल. उ रदायी नह होगी तथा इस संबंध म कसी भी तरह का

Candidates are required to possess at least one valid e-mail ID. Candidates are advised
to keep the e-mail ID (to be entered compulsorily in the application form) active for at
least one year. No change in the email ID will be allowed once entered. All
correspondence with candidates shall be done through email only. Responsibilities of
receiving and downloading of information/ communication etc. will be of the candidate.
BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of e-mails, non-receipt of e-mails due to
invalid e-mail ID’s setting options exercised by the candidate, etc. and no
correspondence in this regards will be entertained

No conveyance/ travelling charges will be reimbursed for attending the written test.
11. चयन एक िलिखत परी ा / सा ा कार अथवा दोन के मा यम से होगा।
Selection will be through a Written Test/ Interview or both.
12. उ मीदवार ारा आवेदन प मे दान जानकारी के आधार पर ही नग और चयन होगा। गलत/ झूठीसूचनाए, तथा अधूरी
जानकारी देने पर अयो य ठहराया जा सकता है और बी.ई.एल. गलत/ झूठी/ अधूरी सूचनाओ के कारण अ यथ को ए कसी भी
नुकसान के िलए उ रदायी नह होगी।
Screening and selection will be based on the details provided by the candidates in the
application form. Furnishing of wrong/ false information and inaccurate or incomplete
information will be disqualified and BEL will not be responsible for any consequence of
furnishing such wrong/ false/ inaccurate/ incomplete information.

Any revision, clarification, addendum, corrigendum, time extension, etc. to the above
advertisement will be hosted on “Careers” section of BEL Website: www.bel-india.in only
and no separate notification shall be issued in the press. Candidates are requested to

बी.ई.एल. का िनणय उ मीदवार पर अंितम और बा य कारी ह गे।
Decision of BEL in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at
which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, qualifications and other
eligibility norms will be final and binding on the candidate.
15. के वल यो यता अनुभव क यूनतम आव यकता को पूरा करने से उ मीदवार को चयन या/ सा ा कार के िलए बुलाये जाने का
कोई अिधकार नह होगा।
Merely fulfilling the minimum requirement of qualification and experience will not vest
any right on the candidates to be called for the selection process/ interview.
16. बी.ई.एल. कसी भी मानदंड, चयन क िविध, पद क सं या को बदलने (र / संशोधन/ जोड़ने) का अिधकार सुरि त रखता
है; चयन के समय वा तिवक आव यकता के आधार पर ऊपर दशाया गया है।
BEL reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of
selection, number of posts; indicated above based on the actual requirement at the time
of selection.
17. भत या सिहत इस िव ापन से उ प होने वाला कोई भी िववाद द ली म ि थत यायालय के एकमा अिधकार े के अधी
न होगा।
Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement including the recruitment process
shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Delhi.
