1. References:
a. Memorandum from C, DPRMD dated August 23, 2022 with subject:
Reiteration on the Submission of Weekly “Mentoring” Report; and

b. VI of RD, NCRPO dated May 31, 2021 during the Emergency Meeting
held at NCRPO Conference Room, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan,
Taguig City.

2. This pertains to the observation of no less than our Regional Director that
some Unit Commanders/Supervisors failed to look after the welfare or well-being of
their respective personnel. Thus, he wanted that mentoring be part of the regular
activities of all Units/Offices in order to support and encourage our personnel to
maximize their potential, develop their skills, and improve their performance and sense
of responsibility and discipline. Likewise, to boost morale and give advice on how to
manage positively his personal predicament/problems.

3. In this regard, this Office has conducted four (4) mentoring sessions from
February 6 to 9, 2023 to all DCADD personnel during the conduct of Police
Information and Continuing Education (PICE) with regard to social media policy and
existing policy on the prohibition of all PNP personnel from engaging in online
gambling and any form of illegal gambling to include entering or visiting gambling
dens/establishments.
