**Pawn Agreement for Land**

This Pawn Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ Day of _____ 2023 by and

Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."

**Property Description:**
The subject of this agreement is a piece of land located at _______________________________,
___________________________________, with an approximate area of ______________ square meters with
Transfer Certificate Title No. _________________.

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Pawning Amount:** Party A agrees to pawn the aforementioned land to Party B for a sum of
___________________________________ (PHP ______________).

2. **Duration:** The pawning period shall be for a total of 5 months, starting from the date of this Agreement.

3. **Interest:** Party B agrees to charge Party A a monthly interest rate of ___% on the principal amount
of PHP ______________ or PHP _______________/month.

4. **Repayment:** Party A shall have the right to redeem the pawned land by repaying the principal amount
along with the accrued interest in full at any time during the pawning period.

5. **Forfeiture:** In case Party A fails to repay the principal amount and accrued interest within the agreed-
upon period, both Parties shall enter into a renegotiation.

6. **Maintenance:** During the pawning period, Party A shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep
of the pawned land, including payment of real estate taxes and any other applicable charges.

7. **Inspection:** Party B shall have the right to inspect the condition of the pawned land at any reasonable
time during the pawning period.
8. **Termination:** This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon full repayment of the principal
amount and accrued interest by Party A or the forfeiture of the land by Party B due to non-repayment.

9. **Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
