As a follow-up to the discussion in SPP Document 203, SPECIALIZED

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, this discussion focuses on the additional specialized
architectural services that an architect or consulting architect can provide as well as the
manner of providing and compensation for these services in a way that complies with
the client's needs or the proposed project design plan. By using examples and bylaws
that include these services, the reporter explained the fundamentals of each specialized
service.

Additionally, the reporter gave relevant information on the subject that is not
