AFFIDAVIT

I, J.Babuvadiyar S/o. Late Janaki ramaiah, and

2. I, K.Jayakumar S/o. Late Janki ramaiah we both are residing at Krishnadasanapalli village
and post, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District

3. We states that our mother Late Papamma W/o. Late Janki ramaiah died on 10th January 1995

4. We also state that our father’s elder’s brother’s wife Smt. Lakshmamma W/o. Late
Appaswomi died on 2nd February 2001

5. We state that there are no other legal heir and family members to my mother Late Papamma
and also Late Lakshmamma.

6. We state that we have no objections to mutate of our mother Late Papamma and Late
Lakshmamma’s properties based on the revenue records, and we are also willing to mutate the
property into two equal shares in our names.
