Before submitting the business plan to investors, conduct own analysis of the management team.

6. Ability to attract, motivate, and retain employees

 Employee morale also has a significant impact on the company’s productivity, the quality of its
products or services, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Examine the management style
and policies as part of the overall business planning process. Develop management practices that treat
employees fairly, offer opportunities for advancement, afford reasonable job security, and provide fair pay and
benefits.

7. Financial control
