INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
Candidates are advised to use the first 47 hours to complete their answers in
the required format. Candidates are to use the remaining one hour to resolve
connectivity issues (if any).
Candidates may refer to books, articles, notes, statutes, case reports and slides
but they are NOT allowed to copy word for word from these sources.
Candidates are NOT allowed to discuss or share their answers during the
examination. If this is proven, it will constitute as CHEATING and will result in
disciplinary action.
PART A
1. To what extent have Malaysian courts enforced the stirring declaration in Article
4(1) of the Federal Constitution that “This Constitution is the supreme law of the
Federation and any law passed after Merdeka Day which is inconsistent with this
Constitution shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void”.
