Ss will talk about their most important items using the new vocabulary

II. LESSON DEVELOPMENT

A. WARM-UP (Timing: 5 min )
T will ask students to close their books and pay attention to the images shown in
the following video:

Using this video, T will introduce the idea of a PACK RAT

B. CONDUCTION OF THE LEARNING PROCESS (Timing: 15 min)

T will ask students to open their books on page 38

T will direct attention to activity A.
T will call for volunteers to read the text
T will make a connection between the text, the picture and the video
After that, T direct attention to the new vocabulary, writing it on the board and going
back and forth to the pictures in the video.

After that, T will direct Ss’ attention to the sentences in ex. A in which Ss need to circle
the correct word according to the text
T gives instructions
COMPREHENSION CHECK
T sets time (1 min)
When time is up, T will as Ss’ to check their answers in pairs.
T will call for volunteers to share their answers with the
class. T will correct as a whole-class activity if necessary.
T will then show the following video to the class

T will stop the video when necessary to make comments with the
students. T will help Ss with any vocabulary they may need.
C. APPLICATION (Timing: 10 min)

When time is up, T will ask Ss to share their answers with their
