REFLECTION
Objective 13

As I reflect on the final quarter of the school year, I am overwhelmed with a

mix of emotions. This quarter has been a culmination of the learner-centered
philosophy I have embraced throughout the year, and it has been a time to celebrate
the growth and accomplishments of my tenth-grade learners.

One significant aspect that has defined this quarter is the celebration of
student achievements and progress. I have provided various opportunities for
students to showcase their learning and accomplishments, both to their peers and
the wider school community. By organizing end-of-year presentations, exhibitions,
and recognition ceremonies, I have created a platform for students to share their
growth and receive well-deserved recognition for their hard work. These celebrations
have not only instilled a sense of pride and self-confidence in the students but have
also fostered a supportive and encouraging classroom community.

In conclusion, the final quarter of the school year has been a time of
reflection, celebration, and anticipation. By celebrating student achievements,
integrating interdisciplinary learning experiences, and continuing to differentiate
instruction, I have provided my fourth-grade learners with a memorable and
transformative educational experience. I am grateful for the growth we have
experienced together and look forward to the journey that lies ahead.
