Customer Care Ambassador for the Ramada Cold Lake, the Front Desk Agent is the central point for ensuring guest
satisfaction for the hotel.
Provides outstanding customer care with the check-in and check-out process for all our guests. Will also provide a
summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.
Will also take reservation calls and qualify group or corporate long-term stay inquiries for the GM to follow up.
• Must have computer skills - using Property Management and POS systems.
• Must have flexibility with changing weekly schedules based on business levels.
• Use of English is a requirement.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting balancing with numbers, however willing to train.
• Acknowledges this is an overnight position and includes weekends.
• Customer Service Friendly
• Has basic knowledge of preparing breakfast items, however willing to train.
