Electricity Department, Transport charges and Transit Insurance.
 ADI SOLAR is MNRE Empanelled Member and our customers are eligible to avail the benefit of
SUBSIDY on the Solar Installation for Residential Category – as per the Govt Policies*.

*** This quotation amount is valid for 3 Weeks from the day the quotation is provided.
*** Solar Panel or Complete kit charges are subjected to change based on Company and Government policies.
Terms and Conditions:

 All Installation work and Product specifications are as per MNRE standards.

 Warranty:
 Solar Panel Performance Warranty up to 90 % till first 10 Years and 80% till 25 Years.
 Inverter and Total System Warranty: 5 Years.
 Physical Damages are not covered under Warranty.

 Scope of Customer:
The below charges are applicable under the scope of customer
 Civil Work (If applicable) – GI Sheet work.

 Payment:
 80 % of the total amount to be paid by the customer as Advance payment.
 20 % after the stock is delivered at the customer location.

 Once the PO is cleared - Product will be delivered at the customer site within 3 to 4 weeks or
earlier based on stock availability at company manufacturing unit.

 Installation work will be completed in 3 weeks after the stock is delivered at site.

 AADHAR Card Xerox copy.

 Latest Electricity Bill Xerox copy.
 Passport size Photo.
 Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement.
 Site survey will be done our Solar Engineer.
